  • Exporting STR indicators to the French Ministry of Education

Short-term replacement statistics can be automatically shared with the French Ministry of Education.

The exported indicators are:
  • the volume of hours planned for each subject,
  • volume of non-ensured hours per absence motive (only absences of less than 15 days are counted),
  • the volume of replaced hours and the nature of the replacement (all replacements are counted, regardless of teachers' commitments or whether or not they are members of the pact).
Once export has been activated, data is transmitted once a week, every Monday.

The data sent is anonymous; only the institution is identified.
  1. Verify the prerequisites:
    • you are working from a Client EDT or a Client PRONOTE connected to a PRONOTE base,
    • you are logged in as superadministrator,
    • your institution is identified as a public Middle school, General and Technological High school or Vocational high school. To be sure, go to the menu Parameters > Institution > Identity the mention Public institution must appear.

If your institution is a public institution but does not appear as such, it is generally necessary to:
      • either establish the matching with STSWEB (menu Imports/Exports > STSWEB > Establish the matching);
      • or import SIECLE data (menu Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Recover the students' data), without using Netsynchro, and taking care to import the Communs.xml file.

For other institutions (EREA, etc.), we will offer the functionality as soon as possible; discussions are underway with the French Ministry of Education to define a new framework.
  2. Go to the menu Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Export the indicators relating to RCD to the Ministry of Education and activate export by ticking the box I authorized the automatic export of indicators related to short-term replacements.... for the concerned institutions.

  3. An authorization request is displayed: click on Make the request from a browser.

  4. Your browser displays a web page on which you choose your academy, then connect to the portal. Once connected, a success message appears: you can close your browser and return to EDT or PRONOTE.
  5. In the export window, always tick I authorize the use of my data for this aggregate export to enable consolidated data to be used in a departmental statistics file. In this file, the institution will not be identified.

  6. Click on the button Validate: the window closes and automatic export is activated. The first export will take place on the following Monday.
To verify that the export has taken place, you can consult the export history from the following Monday. To do this, go to the menu Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Export the indicators relating to RCD to the Ministry of Education and click on the link View export history.

Each export is displayed with the date and time of export. To consult the list of exported data, right-click on the export and select the command View the export content.

This data corresponds to the data visible in the display Daily management and absences > Statistics > Short term replacements (in EDT).
