Exporting short-term replacement (RCD) indicators to the French Ministry of Education
It is possible to automatically share statistics on short-term substitutions with the Department of Education.
The exported indicators are:
The data sent is anonymous; only the institution is identified.
The exported indicators are:
- the volume of hours planned for each subject,
- volume of non-ensured hours per absence motive (only absences of less than 15 days are counted),
- the volume of replaced hours and the nature of the replacement (all replacements are counted, regardless of teachers' commitments or whether or not they are members of the Pact).
The data sent is anonymous; only the institution is identified.
- Verify the prerequisites:
- you are working from a Client EDT or a Client PRONOTE connected to a PRONOTE base hosted by Index Education,
- you are logged in as superadministrator,
- your institution is identified as a public or private Middle school, General and Technological High school or Vocational high school: it must be identified as such in the menu Parameters > Institution > Identity the mention Public institution or Private institution must appear.
If there is no indication in the menu Parameters > Institution > Identity, it is generally necessary to:
- either establish the matching with STSWEB (menu Imports/Exports > STSWEB > Establish the matching);
- or import SIECLE data (menu Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Recover the students' data), without using Omogen, and taking care to import the Communs.xml file.
- Go to the menu Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Export the indicators relating to STR (RCD) to the French Ministry of Education and activate export by ticking the box I authorized the automatic export of indicators related to short-term replacements.... for the concerned institutions.
If authorization was granted last year, it is automatically renewed by default for the institution. - Your browser will display a Web page where you select your Regional Education Authority (Académie) and then log in to the portal. Once logged in, a confirmation message will appear: you can close your browser and return to EDT or PRONOTE.
- Click on the button Validate: the window closes and automatic export is activated. The first export will take place the following Monday.
To verify that the export was successful, you can consult the export history starting the following Monday. To do so, go to the menu Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Export the indicators relating to STR (RCD) to the French Ministry of Education and click on the link View export history.
Each export is displayed along with the date and time of the export. To view the list of exported data, right-click on the export and select the command View the contents of the export.
