Grading services (PRONOTE)
- What can be done for French groups when the teachers only want one line for the subject, even though the students have had two teachers and have been in two different groups?

What to do, for example, in the European section, when the section's lv English groups do not correspond to the DNL (NLD Non-linguistic disciplines). Example: the lv section English group includes all students, but they are then dispatched to different DNL (NLD) groups. How to do this? This is also the case for science classes, where you need to integrate specific math... how do you do this when the groups of students are not equivalent.

What does the T in the service stand for?
The green T is displayed for all EDT uploaded services. The information is in the support: Create a service manually - I've created two different semesters, one of which is "semester 1" for the final year, as our final year students take the baccalaureate in May, this period does not appear in the sealing of the grades? How can this be done?
In the sealing of periods by class, you may need to un-tick only the official periods (ticked above the table), if you have created a customized period.
The trimester columns are displayed before the semester columns. Scroll to the right to display them. Find further information on periods in: Grading periods - When the service closes in the evening, exactly what time does it close?
The sealing of the period depends on the date, up to the last hour of the closing day.
Report Cards (PRONOTE)
- How do I avoid issuing 2 report cards for a student who changed classes at the beginning of the semester?
PRONOTE does not allow you to edit a single report card. This support explains why: How do I edit the report card of a student who has changed class during the year? - Can color be added to the report cards?

- How do I get a mixed report card (grades + competencies)?

For ULIS detached students, create a specific group to evaluate them. Find more information in the support: How to configure the services for special needs classes (ULIS, SEGPAS, UPE2A)? - Is it possible to seal the appraisals, grades and overall appraisals with a configuration "4 days before CC" without having to seal each class manually?
This configuration is not available. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. - I made a mistake in the distribution of the report cards, can it be configured?

The homeroom teacher fills in his or her subject and the overall appraisal. - The visual aspect of my report card in the tab Class committee doesn't match the mock-up I've validated. What should I do?

Yes, this is also possible for competence bulletins. See the last topic of this support: Allocate the mock-ups to the classes. - I switched notes from one service to a sub-service and the teacher's appraisals disappeared ... / Refine the display of sub-services: caution, when you manipulate this rubric after teachers have entered their appraisals, they may disappear. Last year, there were no "warnings" such as "this manipulation will make the appraisals disappear". Has this been corrected this year?
If grades have been moved to the sub-service of the same service, the appraisals remain visible on the main service and are not moved down to the sub-service. If you select the sub- service, they are no longer visible, but can be found by selecting the service. For more information, see Determine the subjects to be displayed on the report cards.
- In the "School transcript" language section summary, the students remain non-compliant in red. It's very hard to get them to conform.

This service is usually not graded and therefore does not appear in the report cards (gray dot). It's up to you to decide whether or not to display it. - How to put the worked on program elements in the class report card and not in the students' report card?
The option to display the worked on program elements applies to both the student's report card and the class report card. The solution would be to activate it, print the class reports and then deactivate it to print the student reports. However, the suggestion to dissociate the two is noted.
Class committee schedules (EDT)
- How not to cancel the course when the class committee is in session?

Class committee mode (PRONOTE)
- Is it possible to use the orientation wishes in PRONOTE with the families, display the wishes for the class committee meeting without displaying them on the report card?
Orientation is information you can display in Class committee mode, independently of the report card.
