  • Edit the report cards

The report cards are automatically filled in with the averages calculated from the grades, the appraisals entered by the teachers, the absences noted during the period, etc. Once the modules are validated, the general observation entered and the decision chosen, you can edit the report cards in the way(s) that suit you.

First possibility: print the report cards to send them by mail

For this, it is necessary that:
  • The recipients of the report card (student and/or parents) have the option Recipient of mail ticked in their form;
  • the mock-up contains the name and address of the recipients, possibly in envelope format.
  1. Go to the tab Grading > Report cards > Report cards.
  2.  Select the class from the list on the left to send the corresponding report cards.
  3. Click on the button in the toolbar.
  4. In the pop-up window, tick the recipients.


  1. Choose Printer or Maileva as Type of output, if you have subscribed to the service.


  1. Finalize the configuration in the tabs Page, Contents, Presentation and Font.


  1. View the preview and if you are satisfied, click on Print.

Second possibility: send the report cards in PDF format by e-mail

To do this, it is necessary that:
  • the recipients of the report card (student and/or parents) have the option Recipients of mail ticked in their form;
  • the e-mail addresses have been recovered or entered.
  1. Go to the tab Grading > Report cards > Report cards.
  2. Select the class from the list on the left to send the corresponding report cards.
  3. Click on the button in the toolbar.
  4. In the pop-up window, tick the recipients.


  1. Choose E-mail as Type of output.


  1. Finalize the configuration in the tabs Page, Contents, Presentation and Font.


  1. View the preview and if you are satisfied, click on Print/E-mail.

Third possibility: publish the report cards on the Webspaces

  1. Go to the menu Internet > Publication of the Webspaces.
  2. Select Students Webspace/Parents Webspace on the left in the tree structure.
  3. In the tab Contents, tick the page Results > Report card.


  1. By default, the publication date of the report card is the ending date of the period. You can define another date  in the tab Grading > Evaluation periods > Calendars and grading periods.
