  We share a database with four schools. How do I see only the data that applies to me?

To sort the data efficiently, it is best to create a family School (with four rubrics corresponding to the four schools) then associate the data (classes, teachers, rooms, etc.) to these rubrics (data can be associated to several schools if needed).

To see only the data of a school, you can then hide the data of the other schools.

An administrator can create the families in advance and automatically hide some data according to your user group.
