  • Permanently hide data that I am not interested in

Either you apply the settings of the administrator who has already "sorted" the data according to the users, or it is up to you to manually designate the data you are not interested in. In both cases, if you are authorized, you can display all the data again whenever you want.

First possibility: apply the visibility defined by the administrator

  1. Go to the menu My preferences > Display > General.
  2. Tick the option Only display the data marked .
  3. Click on the button Apply the visibility defined by the administrator.

Second possibility: manually designate the data to be hidden

  1. If you do not see the column in a list, click on the button at the top right of the list. In this column, if there are:
    • : the line will be hidden
    • : the line will remain displayed

  1. Select the data you want to hide. This will be quick if you know how to sort the list and use multi-selection.
  2. Right-click and choose Data to display > Do not display the selection.

  1. Go to the menu My preferences > Display > General.
  2. Tick the option Only display the data marked . Once the option is activated, only the data marked is visible in the lists. The settings are preserved: you will find them at each connection.

How do I know if data is already hidden? Look at the eye at the bottom left of the screen next to the counter: if the eye appears in color , the option is activated; if the eye appears grayed out and crossed out , the option is not activated. Unlike the Extract feature, hiding data changes the count of the data in the list.
