What are some ways to limit a user's rights?
To limit the rights of a user you can either modify the rights associated with his/her profile (which will affect all users sharing this profile) or create a dedicated profile with restricted rights and assign the user to it.
Alternatively, if you do not want to limit the scope of the rights, you can limit the access to the data.
