  • Define a user profile

There are 3 default profiles:
  • Administration: An administrator is a user assigned to the profile Administration (a profile that cannot be modified with all authorizations). In order for a user to be assigned to the profile Administration, he/she must first be designated as a schedule administrator.
  • Consultation: if you have acquired users in Consultation (not included in the standard network version), you can define one or more user profiles of the type Consultation. Users assigned to this profile can view data, print, send emails and export depending on the granted authorizations.
  • Modification: users assigned to the Modification profile can consult and modify the data. They have less rights than administrators, but more than users in simple Consultation. By default, the license of the Network version allows the simultaneous connection of 5 users in Modification.

Customize default profiles

  1. Go to the menu File > User administration.
  2. Click on the tab Utilization profiles.
  3. Select one of the three default profiles.
  4. In each category, tick on the right, the authorizations for that profile. The icon indicates that the action is possible from the Webspaces.

Create a new profile

  1. Go to the menu File > User administration.
  2. Click on the tab Utilization profiles.
  3. Click on the creation line, enter the name of the new profile and confirm with the key [Enter].
  4. By default, the new profile is of the type Modifier. If the license includes users in Consultation, you can tick the type Consultant. The authorizations to be ticked then depend on the type of profile.
