  Pre-incoming year: the difference between the provisional needs of the institution and the global hourly allocation DHG is too large. What can I do to readjust the DTMD (TRMD)?

If the difference between the provisional needs of the institution and the global hourly allocation (DHG) is too large, you can:

• adjust the provisional needs by modifying the ETM (MEF) services or classes for each service,
• modify the alignment of classes/groups in the display Pre-incoming year > Provisional needs >  Projection per subject
• create provisional means blocks (BMP) by double-clicking in the column Provisional means > Hours (you will find this display's added teachers from the display Pre-incoming year > Teachers >  List).
