After placing the meetings in Parents/Teachers meetings > Meetings > 
Meetings grid, consult the meeting schedule of all participants.

1. Consult the schedule of Parents - teachers' meetings
- Go to the display Parents/teachers meetings > Meetings >
Schedule. - Select the concerned session and class.
- Tick Group by room, To display a schedule by room.
- The general schedule of meetings is displayed.
2. Print the meeting schedule by room
- From the display Parents/teachers meetings > Meetings > Schedule.
- Click on the button
in the tool bar. - In the pop-up window, tab Page layout, frame Presentation, tick Group by room and One room per page.
- Verify the preview before printing.
