What to do if not all of the meetings could be placed

If some meetings are still in failure, verify the teachers' occupancy rates (column POR) in the display Parent/Teacher meetings > Meetings > Information form: if the POR is greater than 100%, the number of scheduled meetings is too high for the defined time slot.
