  • Consult and print the summary table of meetings

1. Consult the summary table of the parents/teachers meetings

  1. Go to the display Rencontres Parents/Teachers meetings > Meetings > Summary table.
  2. Select the session and then the concerned class. 
  3. Tick Group by room to display a schedule by room.
  4. The summary table of meetings is displayed.



2. Print summary table

  1. Go to the display Rencontres Parents/Teachers meetings > Meetings > Summary table.
  2. Select the session and then the concerned class. 
  3. Click on the button Imprimer in the tool bar.
  4. In the pop-up window, frame Contents, tick Group by room and One room per page.
  5. Verify the preview before printing.
