If your institution does not have PRONOTE, you can generate information forms on paper, then transfer the answers manually into the software.

Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Guardians > Desiderata (or in the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Teachers > Desiderata).
Select the session then the concerned class.
Click on the button : a window appears.
Select the option Information form to fill in, then the type of output (Printer, E-mail or PDF).
Configure the document layout in the rubrics Page layout/Contents/Customization, then click on the button Print (or Print/E-mail, or Generate).
