Enter the guardians' desiderata

If your institution does not have PRONOTE, you can generate information forms on paper, then transfer the answers manually into the software. If your institution has PRONOTE, parents can enter their meeting wishes directly from their PRONOTE Webspace or app.
1. Recover the desiderata on paper information forms
- Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Guardians >
Desiderata. - Select the session then the concerned class.
- Click on the button
: a window appears. - Select the option Information form to fill in, then the type of output (Printer, E-mail or PDF).
- Configure the document layout in the rubrics Page layout/Contents/Customization, then click on the button Print (or Print/E-mail, or Generate).
2. Enter the guardians' desiderata
- Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Guardians > Desiderata.
- Select the session then the concerned class.
- Select a guardian from the list on the left.
- On the right of the screen, enter your wishes for a meeting with the teachers: double-click in the corresponding box in the column Optional, Requested, Priority or No Meeting.
Note
If the guardian shares the same wish for several meetings, use the multi-selection and then click on the button
from the column corresponding to the wish. - Once the entry is complete, tick Entering of desiderata completed.
