After developing the meeting schedule in Parents/Teachers meetings > Meetings > Meetings grid, consult the list of meetings that a guardian is attending or has already attended.

Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Guardians > List of meetings.
Select a meeting session and a class.
Select the guardian from the list on the left.
The list of the guardian's meetings is on the right.

Note
The column Took place (abbreviated as Took pl.) indicates to you with green ticks the meetings that have already taken place. Double-click there to complete the information if needed.
