You enter the unavailability of the guardians for parent/teacher meetings.

Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Guardians > Unavailability.
Select a meeting session and a class.
Select a guardian from the list on the left. If several guardians have the same unavailability, use the multi-selection.
On the grid Unavailability located to the right of the display, enter the concerned time slots.
