How to suggest a meeting that doesn't correspond to a course

From the displays Parents/Teachers meetings > Guardians > Desiderata and Parents/Teachers meetings > Teachers > Desiderata, create the meeting manually by clicking on the button Create a new meeting and modify the default desiderata if necessary.
