  • Create a meeting session

In this configuration, you will configure the "information sheets" that will be available for the participants to prepare meetings. If you wish to collect participants' wishes online, it is essential to manage parent/teacher meetings from a Client EDT connected to your PRONOTE base.

Step 1: Create a session

  1. Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Meeting sessions > Breaks.
  2. Click on Create a session: a window appears.
  3. Enter the session name, date, time slot and the default duration for each meeting.
  4. In the tab Generation of the meetings, indicate the criteria taken into account in generating the meetings proposed to parents and teachers/staff.
  5. In the tab Desiderata, define the list of suggested answers for each meeting: click on the button Configure the answers and captions of the desiderata, tick/un-tick the answers proposed in the pop-up window, then click on the button Close.

If necessary, you can also modify the default desiderata displayed on the information sheet in By default desiderata and/or limit the number of possible meetings per participant by double-clicking in the table Limitation of choices.
  6. In the tab Publication, define the publication dates for entering desiderata and publishing the meeting schedule on PRONOTE Webspaces (if you don't use PRONOTE, this tab is deactivated).

To enable participants to access their desiderata and planning from their Webspace, you will also need to publish the concerned rubrics from PRONOTE.
  7. Click on the button Validate.

Step 2: Add the participants

  1. Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Meeting sessions > Breaks.
  2. Select the created session, then click on Add a class to the session: a window appears.
  3. Select a class, then click on Validate.

  4. Go to the displays Parents/Teachers meetings > Guardians > Desiderata and Parents/Teachers meetings > Teachers > Desiderata to verify the list of meetings.
