Enter the unavailability of the guardians for the class committees.

Go to the display Parents/Teachers meetings > Guardian representatives > Unavailability.
Select a guardian representative from the list on the left. If several guardian representatives have the same unavailability, use the multi-selection.
On the grid Unavailability located to the right of the display, enter the concerned time slots.
