Consult the guardian representative's schedule
After developing the committee schedule in Class committees > Committees > 
Schedule, consult the schedule of guardian representatives for a specific committee session, as well as each person's occupation.
Schedule, consult the schedule of guardian representatives for a specific committee session, as well as each person's occupation.- Go to the display Class committees > Guardian representatives > Schedule.
- Select the committee session.
- Select the guardian from the list on the left
- The guardian's schedule is on the right. You can filter the results.

You can also place the unplaced committees. Click on the button
, select the committee, then click on the button Manual placement of the selected committees for manual placement or Place all for an automatic placement.
