Can you impose a place for a committee?
Yes. If certain committees are to take place in a specific place, you must place them manually and then lock them before launching an automatic placement.
- Go to the display Class committees > Committees >
Schedule. - Select the session, then the committee you want to place manually: EDT displays in white the slots where all participants are available.
- Click and drag the green frame to the wanted slot, then double-click to validate.
- To prevent the committee from being moved during a subsequent automatic placement, select the committee, right-click and choose
Lock.
