Take the roll call of the committee participants

1. Send the convocations by mail or e-mail
Once the session schedule is ready, edit the documents related to the meetings. The templates for class committee convocations can be customized in Communication > Mail and documents >
Templates.
Templates.- Go to the display Class committee > Committees >
List of participants. - Select a session, then a concerned committee in multi-selection.
- From the committee form, click on the button
, then choose
Sending mail or a document. - In the pop-up window, select an output type (Printer, PDF, E-mail).
- By default, the template Convocations to committees is selected for all participants.
- Tick the option Only for the available teachers to generate only the committee convocations for the meetings that professors will be able to attend.
- Click on Print/Generate/E-mail.
2. Take the roll call for the committee participants
A roll call sheet is available for each committee to record attendees and absentees.
If you want to have participants sign, generate attendance sheets.
If you want to have participants sign, generate attendance sheets.
You can also print an attendance sheet directly from PRONOTE in Class Committee mode.
- Go to the display Class committee > Committees >
List of participants. - Select a session, then a committee: the list of participants appears on the right.
- On the lines of the concerned participants (chairman, homeroom teacher, teachers, student representatives or guardian representatives), click on Present, Absent or Excused.
- If necessary, click on the button
in the toolbar to print the list. - In the window Recording of those present that appears, click on Print.
Entering the attendance of teachers allows for a statistical summary of attendance/absences, either for the entire year or by session, from Class committee > Committees >
