I'd like to keep the same slots as in the previous session, but change the running order in which the committees appear. Is this possible?

Yes. You can duplicate the previous session and switch committees either by day or for the whole session. In both cases, if unavailability or problematic courses prevent the placement of certain committees, they are de-positioned.

Go to the display Class committees > Committees > Lists of committees and courses.
Select a session, right-click and select Duplicate.
In the duplication window, modify the name and period.
Select the beginning date of the new session, making sure it corresponds to the first day of the previous session (for example, a Monday in both cases).
Select the option Retain the placed committees, then tick one of the two boxes (by permuting them during the day/by permuting them during the session).
Click on Validate.

Tick the box Delete the unavailability (committees and participants) to limit the number of courses de-positioned during the permutation.
