Consult the courses replaced by the committees
Once the committees have been placed, you can consult the courses replaced by a class or group board. You can manage course priority on the committees in Class committee > Committees > 
List of the committees and courses.

Courses replaced by the committees. - Select a session: the cancelled courses are displayed on the right side of the list.
- Click on the button Maintain the partially canceled courses to keep the part of the course outside the committee slot. For example, if a class is from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and the session starts at 5:00 pm, you can maintain the class from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
