  • Why can't I find the timetable modifications made in the Client EDT in Client PRONOTE?

If you initialized your PRONOTE database with EDT data at the start of the academic year, changes made in the EDT client are immediately visible in the PRONOTE client (and vice versa).

If you can't find your changes from one Client to another, start by refreshing the display: click on another display and then return to the target display; if the changes still don't appear, close and reopen your session.

If the problem persists, it may be that the week in which the changes are applied has been incorrectly configured in the annual timetable.

To verify this, go to the EDT annual timetable of the concerned course, select the course on the grid, right-click and then click on Extract > Extract the selection: in the display Timetable > Course > List, the column Week of application (Wk. App.) indicates the week from which the modification has been taken into account.

To display the modifications of the annual timetable starting from the wanted week, select the course then go to Reset the weekly timetables > of the selected courses. Modify the week of application in the drop-down menu, then click on Yes.

When you perform this operation, PRONOTE data dependent on the course (homework notebook, roll call sheet, etc.) is also reset. During the course of the year, remember to make a copy of the base from PRONOTE before the reset: you can then reintegrate this data via the command Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover the data from a PRONOTE base.
