I can't initialize the PRONOTE database using assisted transfer. What should I do?

From EDT, launch the command To PRONOTE > Manual transfer (if an information message appears, ignore it by clicking on Close).

1. In the pop-up window, select the destination folder and tick the documents you wish to recover in PRONOTE. 
   
   
   
   
2. Save: EDT generates a file PourPRONOTE.zip. 
3. From a Client PRONOTE connected to the new PRONOTE base, launch the command File > New base > From EDT 2021/2022/2023/2024.
   
   
   
    
   Caution, the command File > New base > From EDT 2021/2022/2023/2024 overwrites the data in your current database. If your PRONOTE database contains data you wish to keep, use the command Imports/Exports > EDT > Recover the data.
4. A confirmation window appears, click on Yes.
5. In the pop-up window, select the file PourPRONOTE.zip generated from EDT.
