  • Assessment of short-term replacements

The tab Statistics from the module Daily management and absences gives you access to various statistical diagnostic tools, including a summary of short-term replacements. The columns NEH and %NEH indicate the non-ensured hours, the columns RH and %RH indicate the replacement hours among these non-ensured hours.
  1. Go to the display Daily management and absences > Statistics > Short term replacements.
  2. In the drop-down menu on the right of the screen, indicate the period concerned.
  3. Filter subjects, teachers or classes by clicking on the buttons .
  4. Click o the button Customization the list to select the columns to be displayed and their order.

  5. Columns preceded by the symbol are used to group absences according to this criterion. Select the number of rubrics to be used for grouping from the drop-down menu. Their order determines their cumulation level. Columns beyond the number of selected rubrics appear with the symbol and are not used for the groupings.

  1. Click on the arrows to expand the list according to these cumulative criteria.

  1. Alternatively, use the buttons , and to the right of the list.

The absence motives presented are official motives deduced from the default motives proposed in EDT. Customized motives will be grouped together under the label Other days off.
