Export the timetables to the DW (Digital Workspace)
To publish timetables via the DW, you can integrate the Teachers, Parents and Students Webspaces, etc. into the DW if you have PRONOTE (see PRONOTE online help), or export the timetable from EDT to the DW if your DW is an Index Education partner. Please note that you must be logged in as administrator (or super-admin) to export.
Manual export from EDT to the DW
- Go to the menu Imports/Exports > DW platform > Manual export.
- Select your DW platform in the drop-down menu. If it's not there, it means it's not an Index Education partner; contact your DW.
- Select the date from which the timetable will be exported.
- Depending on the DW, you can export to a URL provided by the DW, or to a directory where the DW will recover the files.
- Click on Export.
Automatic export from EDT to the DW
- Go to the menu Imports/Exports > DW platform > Automated export.
- Select your DW platform in the drop-down menu. If it's not there, it means it's not an Index Education partner; contact your DW.
- Tick Activate the automated export to the DW.
- Depending on the DW, you can export to a URL provided by the DW, or to a directory where the DW will recover the files.
- Click on Export.
