Why do some course exemptions appear in the printing of the timetable?
An exemption appears on the printed timetable when it is not entered for all weeks of the year. If the exemption is not continuous throughout the year, the software considers that the student is potentially present in certain weeks and therefore displays the course on the printed timetable.
