The courses in groups don't print as I'd like them to. What can I do?
A number of configurations improve the legibility of courses in groups on the printed timetable. You can group the class meetings (information from all courses in a group is combined in a single slot, without vertical division), print the student's timetable rather than that of the class (only information concerning the student will be printed), and/or modify the printing parameters in the window Printing of the timetables.
Group the class meetings
- Go to the display Timetable > Course >
List.
- Select the concerned courses, right-click and choose the command Modify > Printing class's timetable: name of public and class meetings then tick Group the class meetings of the complex courses.
- Double-click on the information to be displayed (name of parts or groups); if you choose No preference, the options selected in the print window (tab Content) will be taken into account.
