Can several students be detached at the same time?
Yes. To facilitate the operations, for example if several students with special educational needs regularly attend classes together, you can create a group of detached students. This group can be assigned to courses even if the students' respective classes have classes at the same time; the constraints of links between parts do not apply.
- Go to the display Timetable > Students >
List. - Select the students to be grouped, right-click and choose Create a group with the selected students.
- In the pop-up window, name the group and select the option Group of detached students.
- Validate: you will find the group in the list of groups. EDT has automatically created a part for each student: you can view them from the display Timetable > Groups >
Components. - To allocate this group to a course, click on Groups in the course form: students are automatically added to the rubric Detached students. You can add or remove students at any time from this rubric.
