What to do if the planned activity is off-site (occupational therapy, etc.)?
You can draft a course directly from the student's timetable: practical for an activity outside the institution (you no longer need to create the person supervising the activity as a teacher).
- Go to the display Timetable > Students >
Timetable. - Select the student concerned by the course from the list on the left.
- Click and drag on a free slot to draw the course matrix, and click and drag the green frame to the desired location.
- Double-click inside the green frame to validate the creation of the course.
- From the course form, modify the subject and add any resources.
You can create a course for a multi-selection of detached students. In this case, tick Superimposition mode at the top of the grid before drafting the course.
