  • Detaching a student from a course

You can add a student to a course even if his/her class is already occupied in the same slot. This feature makes it possible to customize any student's timetable, as well as easily manage students with special educational needs (ULIS, FLE, SEGPA, UPE2A, etc.). In this case, you can leave students in their inclusion class, and simply add them to other concurrent courses, without the need to create specific parts or groups. A full class course remains a full class course, whether or not the student with special educational needs is included.
  1. Go to the timetable of the teacher who teaches the course you want to add the student to. If the course doesn't yet exist, draft it on the grid.
  2. From the course form, click on the button in the rubric Detached students.
  3. In the pop-up window, select the student. The icon in the column Diagnosis indicates that the student is already in a course, but this does not prevent you from adding him/her.
  4. Click on the button Validate.
