  • Comment vérifier que chaque élève possède un emploi du temps conforme à son MEF ?

The display Timetable > Students > Control of student hours can help you identify students whose timetable does not correspond to the expected ETM (MEF), after importing the students into the base. For this analysis of student hours to work, you need to check a number of parameters in advance (Matching EDT/STSweb and election procedures in particular).

Step 1: Verify the prerequisites

Matching EDT/STSweb

Go to the displays:
  • STSWEB > Subjects > Matching EDT/STSWEB
  • STSWEB > ETM > Matching EDT/STSWEB
and verify that the matches have been correctly established.

Election modalities in STSweb

In the display STSWEB > ETM > Matching EDT/STSWEB, verify that the election modalities and the number of hours expected for each ETM are correctly filled in (columns Modalities and Hours).

If they are not, you can:
  • conduct an update in STSweb and then re-import the corrected ETM into EDT;
  • update the ETM in a second step, using only the data entered in SIECLE (tick Update the ETM of the classes and reset their services in the SIECLE import window - see below).

Student data and election modalities in SIECLE

When importing students into the base (menu Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Recover the students' data), make sure that the active schooling data is ticked, in particular:
  • the class,
  • the training program (ETM (MEF)),
  • the options.

If the ETM election modalities were not correctly entered in STSweb, also tick the box Update the ETM of the classes and reset their services.

In the display Timetable > Students >   List, then display the columns Class, ETM and all the columns Options to verify that the data has been correctly imported.

If necessary, you can correct the election modality for incorrectly entered options: double-click on the option concerned, then modify the modality in the column EM.

List of courses

The election modality for courses must be entered in the display Timetable > Course >  List.

Step 2: Check the student hours

  1. Go to the display Timetable > Students > Control of student hours.
  2. Eventually filter the list of students by class, group, level or ETM using the two drop-down menus.
  3. If an discrepancy is detected, an icon appears in the column Confy. ETM: select the student from the list to display his/her ETM and the details of discrepancies.

  4. If a variation between the hours expected by the ETM (column Expec. ETM) and the hours scheduled for the student in the list of courses (column Plnd.  hrs.) is detected, the icon  appears for the concerned subject.
