Why are students still in the base when they have left the institution after the import?

When importing students via the command Imports/Exports > SIECLE > Recover the students' data, the box Do not update or import students whose date of departure, specified in SIECLE, is prior or equal to [09/01/2022] is ticked by default.

If you have un-ticked this box, or if the departure date of certain students is later than the date indicated, students who have left the institution are imported into the base.

No student is automatically deleted from the base whether this box is ticked or not.

To delete students who have left the institution from the base, go to the display Timetable > Students > List. In the first drop-down menu above the list, select Classes. In the second drop-down menu, select Students departed from the institution: students are shaded. Select them, right-click and then click on Delete.
