Activate a safeguard/archive
- From an open database, go to File > List of safeguards and archives.
- In the pop-up window, select an archive and click on the button Consult: a confirmation window appears; click on Yes.
- Browse the archive to examine its contents; no data can be modified.
- Go to the menu File > Activate the consulted safeguard/archive.
- Select the option Specify a new name for the base, then enter the name in the field provided.
If you choose the option Activate the base under the same name, the original base will be overwritten. - Click on Validate: all users are disconnected, then automatically reconnected to the new base.
