Fill out the staff's information form
Enter the staff's identity and contact preferences in the information form.
Enter a staff member's personal information
- Go to the display Timetable > Staff >
Information form. - Select the staff member from the list on the left.
- Click on the button
from the rubric Identity to edit the information form.
Indicate staff member's contact preferences
- Go to the display Timetable > Staff >
Information form. - Select the staff member from the list on the left.
- Click on the button
from the rubric Communication. - In the pop-up window, tick the accepted communication channels:
- SMS (the cellphone number must be entered),
- Mail,
- E-mail from the institution/parents,
- Discussions with the teachers/other staff members/parents/students.
- By default, staff members are not authorized to respond to meeting requests from guardians submitted through their Parents Webspace. Tick the option Accepts meeting requests from the guardians so that staff members will then receive the notifications.
