  How can I track the hours of accompaniment provided by AESH?

A dedicated display shows the total number of accompaniment hours per student, as well as the detailed number of hours per teaching assistant. Go to the display Daily management and absences > Staff > Summary of the accompaniment hours.

On a weekly and monthly basis, the number of accompaniment hours per student and per teaching assistant is compared with the number of course hours. The column Accomp. rate (%) allows you to quickly see if there are any hours during which the student is unaccompanied.
