The multi-room schedule allows to display all lesson s of the selected rooms on a single grid.

Go to the display Timetable > Rooms > Multi-room schedule.
Select the concerned rooms using the shortcut Ctrl + Click: the schedule is displayed on the right.
If necessary, you can, just as you would on other schedule grids:
- choose a different display (weekly/daily/daily tab),
- only display certain subjects,
- customize the schedule presentation (set the axes, number of days on screen, etc.),
- move a lesson or modify it via the lesson form,
- display the list of unplaced lesson s for the selected resources,
- display the list of students in a lesson to the right of the grid,
- Advice
  The room schedule is a handy tool for quickly seeing which rooms are available during a specific time slot and changing the room by simply dragging the lesson onto the grid. You can also swap two rooms by dragging and placing the lesson onto another.
