How do I know how many keys to reproduce for a room?

You'll find this information in the display Timetable > Rooms > List: the column No. teach. (Number of teachers) shows you how many teachers use this room, and therefore the number of keys to reproduce.
To identify the teachers to whom you should give the keys, consult the column Teach. (Concerned teachers).
