How to predefine the list of students who can be assigned to a group with a variable population

Predefining a list of students means that staff or teachers responsible for assigning students will be able to place only the students on that list into the group.

1. Go to the display Timetable > Groups > List.
2. Double-click the concerned group in the column Eligible students. This feature is only active for groups with a variable population.
3. In the pop-up window, only tick the students who can be assigned to this group.
