How to set a maximum population for a group
- Go to the display Timetable > Groups >
List. - On the line of the concerned group, double-click in the column Max. pop. and enter the maximum number of students.
- If multiple groups have the same maximum population, select them all, right-click, and choose the command Modify > Max population
- When assigning students to these groups, a message will alert the user if the population is about to be exceeded.
