Edit a class's pedagogical team
The pedagogical team of the class is automatically established based on the courses created. You can modify it by removing or adding staff members and teachers. The people on the resulting list can be quickly selected as recipients of information, a survey, a notification, etc.
- Go to the display Timetable > Class >
Pedagogical team. - Select the class: the pedagogical team is displayed on the right, along with the number of course hours and students seen.
- To remove someone from the pedagogical team, select them, right-click, and choose the command Delete.
- To add a member of the pedagogical team, click on the line Modify the pedagogical team, tick the concerned teachers or staff members in the selection window and validate.
- To return to the initial configuration calculated based on the created courses, click the button Reset.
Advice
To ensure that messages sent to the teaching staff are also sent to the PEC (CPE), add the PEC to the pedagogical team.
