Edit the list of students by class
From this display, you can assign students to classes and compare the class compositions.
1. Place the students in a class
- Go to the display Timetable > Classes >
Students. - Select the class from the list on the left.
- Click on the line Add a student.
- In the pop-up window, tick Display the students without a class,
- To add columns to sort students by a specific criterion (accompaniment needs, option, etc.), click on the button
at the top right (to learn more). - Select the students to be added using multi-selection and validate.
Remove a student from the class
To remove a student from a class, you can either add them to another class or right-click on the student and select the command Delete (the student then becomes Without class).

2. Compare class compositions
- Select several classes and tick the option A list per class.
- The student lists are displayed side by side on the right.
- The class's main characteristics are displayed in a cartridge above the list:
- Number of students
- Average age
- Number of accompaniment projects
- Number of students repeating a year
- Boys-to-girls ratio
- Regimes (external, day student, internal)
- Number of students per option
- To display more information about a student, hover your mouse over the icon i.
- To display additional information, click the button
at the top right (learn more) and add the columns.
If necessary, adjust the width of the list using the dedicated cursor.
Advice
Use this display to fine-tune the composition of your classes. You can easily move a student from one class to another by dragging them from one list to another. If students have already been assigned to groups, EDT shows you the possible new groups and prompts you to reassign the student.
