Edit the timetable for a class
When you edit a lesson on a class's timetable, you instantly update the timetables for all other resources associated with the lesson (class, room, etc.).
- Go to the display Timetable > Classes >
Timetable. - Select the class: its timetable is displayed on the right.
- Just like with other timetable grids, you can:
- create a lesson directly on the grid,
- move a lesson or modify it via the lesson form,
- put a lesson on hold while carrying out an adjustment,
customize the timetable presentation, 
display or not display the lessons in parts and the lessons from which students have been detached from the class,
display the list of unplaced lessons for the selected resource,
display the list of students in a lesson to the right of the grid,- display up to 4 timetables side by side,
- overlay several timetables using the Superimposition mode.
Advice
When you make a modification to the annual timetable, it is automatically carried over to the weekly timetable. Before the school year starts, don't worry about it! But starting in September, verify the selected week above the timetable grid: the weekly timetable will be updated starting from that selected week through the end of the year.
