Edit the timetable for a class
When you edit a course on a class's timetable, you instantly update the timetables for all other resources associated with the course (class, room, etc.).
- Go to the display Timetable > Classes >
Timetable. - Select the class: its timetable is displayed on the right.
- Just like with other timetable grids, you can:
- create a course directly on the grid,
- move a course or modify it via the course form,
- put a course on hold while carrying out an adjustment,
customize the timetable presentation,
display or not display the courses in parts and the courses from which students have been detached from the class,
display the list of unplaced courses for the selected resource,
display the list of students in a course to the right of the grid,- display up to 4 timetables side by side,
- overlay several timetables using the Superimposition mode.
Advice
When you make a modification to the annual timetable, it is automatically carried over to the weekly timetable. Before the school year starts, don't worry about it! But starting in September, verify the selected week above the timetable grid: the weekly timetable will be updated starting from that selected week through the end of the year.
