Consult the summary of courses by class
The summary of the courses by class allows you to accumulate the total number of course hours created and/or placed by subject and teacher, staff, designation, work-study, frequency, status, equipment, and classroom for a given class. You choose and organize the data to be included in the calculation.
1. Consult the summary of courses by class proposed by default
- Go to the display Timetable > Classes >
Course and select the class on the left. - The course summary is displayed in the right-hand panel. By default, it shows the number of course hours created for the class.
- To display more data, click one of the numbered buttons in the upper-right corner of the summary.
By default, the level 2
aggregates course hours by class and by class parts, and then by the level 3
cumulates course hours by subject and teacher. - The level 4
displays all the data.
2. Customize the summary of courses by class
- Click on the button
at the top right of the list. - Choose which columns to display or hide, just as you would when customizing a list.
- The rubrics for which you can count course hours are the cumulative rubrics that appear with the icon

. - Arrange the displayed columns using the buttons
and
depending on the accumulated totals you want to obtain.
For example, you can modify the default settings by displaying the room and aggregating courses by class and then by room. - If you want to aggregate more than three rubrics, make sure the rubrics to be aggregated are displayed, and indicate their number.
- To ignore unplaced courses, tick the option Only the placed courses above the summary.
Advice
You can quickly modify the accumulated totals by directly dragging and dropping the columns and export the summary by clicking the button
at the top right of the list.
