Edit the teachers' schedule by activity hub
Managing activity hubs allows you to edit a teacher schedule by hub, but also to display teachers by hub in the teacher list 
and grant specific rights to hub coordinators .
and grant specific rights to hub coordinators .- If the proposed default hubs do not suit your needs, double-click the title to modify it, or create a new hub by clicking on the line Create a disciplinary hub.
- Double-click in the column Coordinator and tick the teachers in charge in the window that appears. The coordinating teachers are automatically added as teachers for the hub.
- Double-click in the column Teachers and tick all the other teachers affiliated with this hub.
- Select a hub: The teachers' schedule for the hub is displayed on the right.
- If necessary, just as you would on other calendars, you can:
- choose a different display (weekly/daily/daily tab),
- only display certain subjects,
- move a course or modify it via the course form,
customize the schedule presentation (set axes, number of days on the screen, etc.),
display the list of unplaced courses for the selected resources,
display the list of students for a course to the right of the grid.
Advice
In the display corresponding to the module Daily management, from this display, you can easily find a time slot when all the teachers of the hub are available to schedule a meeting.
