Edit the list of students per teacher
A teacher's students are all the students assigned to their courses via a class, a class part, or a group.
1. Display the students a teacher has seen
- Go to the display Timetable > Teachers >
His/Her students and select a teacher. - On the right, select a class, or possibly a class part or a group: the corresponding students will be displayed below.
- You can select several classes or groups: the students will then be displayed in side-by-side lists, making it easy to compare them.
- You can also do this as from the list of students by class or by group:
- add a student;
- drag a student from one class or group to another when several classes or groups are selected.
2. Provide the teachers a list of their students
- Click on the button
in the tool bar. - Leave all the teachers or limit the recipients to the selected/filtered teachers.
- Choose the type of output:
- Printer: to print and distribute the lists,
- E-mail: to send each of them their list of students,
- PDF: to edit a document containing all the lists.
- If you choose to send the lists via email, you can still print the list of teachers who haven't provided an e-mail address.
- Format the document and specify exactly what you want to print.
