Enter the teacher's identity and teaching services in the teacher form. You can multi-select certain fields.

Enter the identity of a teacher

Indicate the teachers' contact preferences

Go to the tab Timetable > Teachers > Form (Identity and Service record).
Select the teacher from the list on the left.
Click on the button of the rubric Communication.
In the pop-up window, tick which communication channels are accepted:
- SMS (the cellphone number must be entered),
- Mail,
- E-mail coming from the institution/parents,
- Discussions with the other teachers/staff/parents/students.
By default, teachers are not allowed to respond to guardians' meeting requests made from their Parents Webspace. Tick the option Accept meeting requests from the guardians so that the teachers then receive the notifications.

Go to the tab Timetable > Teachers > Form (Identity and Service record).
Select the teacher from the list on the left.
On the right, click on the tab Teaching.
If necessary, enter an additional service in the designated field. To specify the institution(s) where the additional service is provided, click on the button , then tick, or create if necessary, the concerned institutions in the pop-up window.

Note
To extract the courses corresponding to the services, select the concerned service(s), right-click and choose Extract the corresponding courses: EDT switches to the course list, where only concerned courses are displayed. If necessary, you can verify and correct the work-study, weighting, etc.
