Why enter the activity hubs?
Enter the activity hubs in the display Timetable > Teachers > 
Coordinators of activity hubs allows you to create disciplinary hub meetings with just a few clicks in the display Daily management and absences > Teachers > Coordinators of activity hubs:
Coordinators of activity hubs allows you to create disciplinary hub meetings with just a few clicks in the display Daily management and absences > Teachers > Coordinators of activity hubs:- Enter the activity hubs in the display Timetable > Teachers > Coordinators of activity hubs.
- Go to the display Daily management and absences > Teachers > Coordinators of activity hubs.
- Select the disciplinary hub from the list on the left: the timetables of the teachers who belong to it are displayed.

On the slider at the top, select the week in which you wish to organize the meeting. You can display timetables by week or by day.
- Click on the button
at the top right. - In the pop-up window, specify the duration of the meeting, if necessary, add other resources, then click on the button Search for free slots: they are displayed in white on the grid. The numbers indicate the number of rooms available for each slot.
- Click on the slot of your choice, and select the room you require from the list on the right.
- Click on Create the course.
